The services are nice but the attitude the other workers had with my stylist was RUDE. During my appointment she told about 4 people good morning and they ignored her even when she repeated herself.be kind to your coworkers it broke my heart

Walked in Friday afternoon without an appointment. They took my daughter right in and did a wonderful job. Gilbert is fantastic! Really took the time to get to know her style and made it easy for her to be able to replicate the look at home. He gave her some very helpful tips to make managing her curls a breeze. We'll be back again.

I booked an online appointment, online I checked I needed hair color stylist did not respect my appointment, I checked in and the stylist came to me and told me she did not have time for me because I booked the appointment online. The day before they called me to confirm my appointment.I feel disappointed at JCPenney Salon and the stylist.

I came here because my daughter and husband needed to get their hair cut. The lady working there was extremely rude and refused to cut their hair. She claimed that she couldn’t because she was “busy” but there was no one there. She’d rather continue talking to her colleague instead of assisting paying customers. I will never come here again. Definitely don’t recommend.

Let me first start off by saying that this is a terrible and unprofessional place to go to. I have never experienced this type of experience before. My mom wanted to get a quick haircut in which this plays offer an “Express Cut” for $22 and she figured that why not try something new. It was convenient from having to drive to the salon. A women named Barbra cut my mom’s hair and she hardly cut anything off. The haircut took less than 30 minutes and hardly resembled the picture that was shown. I understand that my mom cannot look exactly like a picture, but a general idea shouldn’t be so hard to do. Anyways, my mom proceeded to check out and the cashier (Hispanic woman; I’d write the name but I didn’t get it) tried to change her $32. The sign did say $22 and up, BUT literally hardly any hai
