I had gonna back twice Theses 2 time we’re alright . And this was my third time going i wanted To dye my hair for a long time and I didn’t know where to go so I went there because the other 2 time I went I liked how the did my. Hair and on. My third time. Going I wanted. to get a balayage hair dye and this is what I got They charged me $150 for this When they were donde i didn’t said nothing because I’m not that type of person makes problems

Took my two girls to get haircuts for the $12 student event and it ended up being $109. Linda charged us $50 to blow dry a 12 year olds hair and Andrea charged us $35 for a 10 year old hair. I never asked them to wash their hair and blow dry it. Linda whispered, "I'm going to blow dry her hair." She didnt say anything about a charge. Andrea just took it upon herself to do so. I could have bought a blow dryer and blow dried their hair for a hell of a lot cheaper than what they charge. The manager ended up refunding me $35 but i had to act like a Karen to get it. Needless to say, I didn't tip. So save yourself the hidden charges and just go to supercuts.

Wish I could give this salon no star at all. Charge $45 for a haircut but mess up big time. Cut a chunk of my hair so close to my scalp, didn’t even let me know of the mistake and apologize. I found out my hair was cut a chunk so short to my scalp when I get home. Very disappointed and upset! Will never go back.

I went to go get my highlights done and I asked the hairstylist guy if he is able to do the hair highlights I wanted or similar. I even showed hi a picture of the the color I wanted. I was there for 5 hours and when the hair was done it was horrible. I tried to explain to him this isn’t what I wanted but he insisted that it was what i wanted. He completely ignored me and just gave me a discount cause I didn’t like it. He never asked me to fix the hair. And another worker told him that he had done a great job! And I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair but nobody offered me another option which was to fix it. I felt like it was very unprofessional of them and I’m not happy with what they did because I had to pay the total price for a terrible job. I will never get my hair done here and I

This place is great I’ve done my hair here a couple of times and I'm always satisfied with Adriana’s work . Adriana Thank You So much you are the best.
