I went in Sunday, the stylist Alyncia (CeCe) did my hair. She was so gentle, caring, informative, patient, calming, soft toned, and remarkable. She took her time and explained everything she was doing to my hair, took extra precaution to make sure she was taking care of my hair. She made sure I understood what was going on with my hair and what she was using in my hair and why. She was gentle with my hair, she gave a rigorously wash and dried my hair proficiently. She made sure I was calm while sitting in her chair. She was explanatory about clipping my split ends. I can tell she is extraordinary at what she does. She is unquestionably a hair dresser; she takes good care of your hair. I will be back for her to take excellent care of my hair.

An absolutely amazing experience! From the time I walked into the salon I was greeted and felt welcomed. This was my first experience at a JCP Salon and it will not be my last. From the consultation to completion, my hair care specialist CeCe was phenomenal! My service today was not only relaxing and enjoyable but extremely educational. My hair is natural but it was over processed, dry, brittle and damaged. CeCe took her time explaining to me the steps she would take to help get my hair and scalp back on track and also shared ways that I can help aid in the process. I literally cried looking at myself in the mirror after feeling AND seeing the difference in my hair. Today was not just a salon appointment but truly a transformative experience. I have been there a couple of times and the two ladies that have done my hair are awesome. CC and Jackie are both awesome but CC gives phenomenal massages. Thanks ladies, keep up the good work.

had a VERY bad experience today at this salon due to the Manager “felicia”. i usually don’t post bad reviews about another stylist but this experience has been stressful. she made my haircut very uneven due to her not being open enough to listen to my concerns. i have been doing hair for 6+ years , and have done thousands of haircuts in my lifetime working for chain salons and taking CEU. i specifically told her she needed to wet my hair down due to it bieng wavy, and that it will be even if she does, she had attitude and also told me no she didn’t want to cut my hair wet and made up some odd excuse that didn’t make sense to me as a hairstylist. . my hair is now choppy and uneven.. my coworkers even pointed out how bad it looked. she refused to also use a technique i suggested for my hair

I was in need of a haircut before going out of town. The stylist was limited on time and didn't have her scissors. Needless to say this dedicated Stylist searched the shop until she found a pair. They weren't the best but she made it work. I left with a new do and totally satisfied as a customer. Thanks to a REAL Stylist...Yolanda T
