Pricing varies by style or stylist. My understanding that if pricing varies by stylist they can charge whatever they choose. You need to post all services you provide with a price range. You have 1 young lady there doing extensions, or installing units. This young lady just got out of school about a year ago. Again, what are you basing your prices on? How are you coming up with these prices?

I had an awful experience today. The receptionist was very rude. She had no idea I had a 6pm appointment. She literally tried to tell me they were done for the day. But I had an appointment. When she checked she was shocked to see. While I was in the waiting area. I literally heard her and the hairdresser arguing. The hairdresser was pretty annoyed at first that she had to so a haircut. My ends were pretty bad Il give her that. But my blow dry was so frizzy and horrendous that I couldn't tell how short she had cut it till I got home and styled it. Overall I'm pretty upset. I spent so long growing out my hair. I know my ends were bad but I did ask her add on a styling and she didn't. She didn't even know what I had booked. Which was a haircut and blowout. Do NOT ask for Terry! She did not listen to me AT ALL and completely chopped my hair when I only wanted a 1/2" trim!

Went to the salon the stylist Jasmine did a poor job. I asked for a silk press and she blowed dried my hair and flat iron. My hair was dry and she used holding spray. She doesn't know how to do black hair... Spent $90 dollars on a $35 dollar hairstyle and expected a tip. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Despite my explicit request to return products, the staff attempted to upsell them. I attempted to return the products the following day because my three-year-old daughter’s doctor had advised against it. However, both the cashier and the person who gave my daughter’s haircut persistently tried to sell me the products, even after I had clearly indicated that I did not want them. Furthermore, my daughter accidentally dropped ice cream on my receipt, and the staff responded in a highly inappropriate and unprofessional manner. It seemed as though they had never encountered toddlers before.
