Giving three stars because the end result wasn’t very bad. I decided to give this place another try after going in April and having an okay-ish experience. The person that did my hair took so long. Literally took an hour plus just applying my color. I don’t have very long or thick hair..normally it takes other salons 30 minutes in my experience. I understand that they could’ve been a newer employee, but I also said I didn’t want my hair blow dried because of how long it already took. They didn’t listen and did that anyway. Then I also saw some extra charge on the receipt after I got home that I hadn’t been aware of. They do an okay job. You just have to have a lot of time, and be prepared for extra fees.

Yesterday I was there, at first everything was going very well because I knew I had asked for something difficult to do. I was there for 9 hours but no one told me that what I asked for couldn't be finished or couldn't be done. I went home at 8:30 pm, I couldn't complain because I didn't have time to see the results properly because it was too late ,they didn't finish it and they made me pay 240 USD for leaving my hair terribly bad. I'm crying and I can't leave the house because of shame

My hairstylist, Sarah, is amazing. I'm obsessed with my color, she is a miracle worker. The salon is very clean and open, we all wore masks and everything is wiped down continuously, as well as proper social distancing measures are in place to keep customers safe.

We paid for a stylist to do corn rows in my son's hair. What we got is going to end up falling out in less than a week. I don't think I have ever seen braids this loose in my life.

I asked for highlights with my dark brown hair and nothing changed so I went back the next day and the lady made me fully blond. The service seemed nice but the lady who did my hair kept on telling me stories about her life to make me feel bad. I would recommend anyone but Ashley (the lady who did my hair.) I also spent around $200 to just re dye it to my natural color less then a month later.
