JCPenney Salon

My daughter had an appointment with Taly for highlights. She did a WONDERFUL job and took her time. My daughter has very thick long hair and when she was finished with my daughter she did not disappoint! She looked like a whole new person! I would recommend her over anyone!

Enter at your own risk. The cosmetologist was completely clueless. I think her name was Andrea, don't quote me me on that. Anyway after spending 3 hours my girl was in tears. She showed the lady a picture of exactly what she wanted. Trim, dye, and highlights. There was more dye on my girlfriends skin than her hair, the trim was a full cut, and the highlights were not only miniscule but the wrong color. Needless to say date night was canceled and she cried most of the way home. And we paid top dollar $320 to be butchered. I highly suggest women stay clear of the salon.

Every time I have used the salon, it is a five star experience. I use it for highlighting colors and styling … each time I am impressed and happy with what Ryan has done. I have gotten many compliments on the reddish colors that she adds to my hair. I am happy and proud to say Ryan at JCPenney. Salon has done a wonderful job and I am happy to be a customer. Today she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. The cut is most appealing and is a real change for me! My husband said something about getting a new wife. I will just leave it there. The cosmetologist I had an appointment with was AWESOME. Susannah P !! She did an AMAZING job on my hair color and cut. Absolutely perfect. I love it ❤️ recommend her 100 percent!!!

Skip the Salon at JCPENNEY in Kansas City Kansas. I will be driving to Missouri and paying for another cut to even my cut out. My hair is SO uneven. NEVER AGAIN. P.S. the one star is a have to..... to fill out the review.
