JCPenney Salon

I have been coming to JCPenney Salon in Johnstown to see Brittany F, Master Stylist, for over 7 years now. I always walk out of the salon happy with my hair goals met and excited to come back to maintain beautiful and healthy hair. Brittany listens and provides her professional opinion to maintain the health of my hair while also achieving “the look” I am going for EVERY SINGLE TIME! Take a look for yourself at my recent before and after results. Couldn’t be happier with her talent, she is truly an asset to the salon.

Made an appt with a new stylist .. who seemed very unsure of herself.. I had a photo of the cut and color I wanted... drmatically different than what i have currently....... $115 and 3 hours later.. I walked out looking exactly the same as I went in.. I did not allow her to cut my hair from long to the bob because the color wasn't even remotely right.. I wasn't going to allow her to butcher my hair... .. I went in with very brassy , long blonde hair.... I wanted an icy blonde with a few very dark low lights.... No color was ever applied.Just the bleach... When I asked about the dark , she said , I left some of your natural dark out... The only thing dark on my head was my roots... Which if you pull my hair back into a ponytail , you can still see her foils were not close enough to my roots

Jeananne is amazing! She definitely takes care of you and has been fantastic in helping me get and maintain my blonde hair. Highly recommend! Very affordable style options. This was my third visit and now I'm only there every 6-8 weeks or as needed to maintain my roots and dead ends. I bought some products as well that I love from Olaplex and Redkin in the salon. No pressure to buy anything, just stuff I needed personally that I asked advice about. :)

Kirsten did such an AMAZING JOB I got this done in May and here we are a little over a month later and it is still holding up very well Of course my roots are coming in, but I have gotten non stop comments about the color and how pretty it looks as well as how long it has lasted since I got it dyed
