JCPenney Salon

A week after my haircut at the JCPenney salon, I'm honestly disappointed with how my bangs turned out. After spending three and a half hours there—when all I wanted was a wash, hair mask, bang trim (they were hitting my eyes!), and a split ends trim—I expected better. The quality of the bang trim is really uneven and frankly, unacceptable. I like them short so they'll grow out nicely, but they need to be fixed evenly. If anyone knows a great stylist in Indiana, PA who can even out my bangs, please let me know! I need a fix, ASAP.

Cassy was so nice and sweet to us! Also very Accommodating but our nails didn’t last. She told me they would last for up to two weeks even with working. Three of my nails are chipped and one even fall off without picking at it. One of the nail designs on my guest nails were very sloppy and the lines were very noticeably uneven. The design wasn’t too difficult. My guest and I both have towel fibers throughout the entire nails.

i paid 120 plus 15 dollar tip for a root bleach and to get all of the yellow and orange out of my hair because i wanted a very ashy cool toned blonde. the girl who did my hair barely did anything other than she burned my scalp, made my head blister because when i told her that my head was burning they left the bleach on for another 10 minutes. she bleached the back of my shirt and ruined it and kept making me feel like i had no idea what i was talking about. i could have done this at home and got the same results. i got my money refunded because of the service that i was highly disappointed with and in pain, and the manager tracey banned me from getting my hair done there because of it. not only that, the receptionist told my stylist that she had another client that had to leave soon so sh

Gavin did an amazing job! I got a gel manicure with a design and it’s the best gel mani I’ve ever gotten, it’s been on for 3 weeks and still looks great!

I gave them the one star as they had an appointment for last minute for out of town guest for a special occasion updo. i called Friday and they had a 10 am Saturday. Honestly, I was shocked how poorly it was done. It was sloppily pulled back and smooshed into a bun.. no curls nothing special. If he was a licensed hairdresser , this should have been easy. How do you graduate from school and not able to do an updo.? She did have enough length for curls.for Especially for $65 and $10 tip. i would never go there again last minute but i expected better than this.
