JCPenney Salon

The most remarkable thing about this salon and the professionals are that “they really care”. They suggest what’s best for you. I’m so happy that I finally went for the Chi Enviro Smoothing instead of the Relaxer service. Hayley is an awesome stylist. Thankful to both Hayley and Kristi ..... loving my hair after years. The photo doesn’t do complete justice to how great my hair feels. Definitely coming back to this place.

Mechelle & Cassidy plus all the ladies we’re amazing! Best hair cuts we’ve had done in a very long time. We felt so welcome here! Totally know what they are doing and talking about. Was also nice to save a little money since it’s always 3 of us girls getting cuts etc… thanks so much InStyle!

Terrible experience! Totally fried my hair and discolored it after spending 4hours at the salon. My previously healthy hair is fried and I’ve had to cut 5 to 6 inches off of it and months later I am still in the process of trying to get it healthy again. While the salon offered to deep condition, it for free and attempt to fix the color, the conditioning really did nothing & the color looks better, but it’s still awful.

Very satisfied. It was my 1st time to this salon apparently it's under a different company but it's inside of JC Penney, and you are still able to use your JC Penney card... which is nice! The girl that did my hair was only 21 years old and she did an amazing job. I was very impressed! I will definitely go back. I should also add I am very picky and I have dark hair and its long and curly. I have had problems in the past with other salons not doing what I asked them to do. I don't complain, I just don't go back. I will definitely go back to this salon!!!!😁💇‍♀️

Machele was great. I got my hair cut a lot shorter than normal and she did a fantastic job. She also shared a lot of personal knowledge she had about hair.
