JCPenney Salon

I walked in to get my hair deep conditioned after booking my appointment and was greeted by this nice lady named Anaya I think, she was very nice and welcomed me in. Then I got my hair done and everyone that was there were very good at their jobs.

First I want to say the young lady who did my hair did a wonderful job at the cut on my first appointment! This review is not reflective of my first appointment for the cut only my second for color.I was very happy! But I came back in for strawberry blonde AND highlights and did NOT get this! I paid for the awful job she did but I left thinking after I styled it and I got a better look it wouldn't be so bad and yes we could correct it at the next appointment we se for this, She never mentioned doing this for a lower fee and I paid her with a small tip,,not my normal,,after this mess that I left with. It was just horrible and I stated over and over I don't do 2 toned hair and want NATURAL looking! She apparently thought this would blend in with my current hair which is stra/blonde. No highl

I came in to get some twist on my hair I was taken care by Cynthia I believe her name was she did an amazing job and it didn’t take as long as we thought it would the prices are very reasonable and the stylist are very respectful

The receptionist Anaya was very helpful with helping get the right product for my hair. I will for sure be coming back.

Gina and the whole JCPenney salon team are all extremely talented. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are always satisfied before leaving the chair. The salon is very clean and always stocked with the newest hair products. Have been going here for years and will continue to recommend this salon to family and friends.
