Keshia is great. I was a walk in and need my hair washed before surgery. I returned again after surgery and she was wonderful. Pleasant..down to earth.. just a wonderful person all around. She will not disappoint you.

The stylist was good but she forgot to schedule my next appointment that would've been a few days before Christmas. When it was time for my appt it was her day off and none of the other stylists would help me and I wasn't able to have my hair done for the holidays. I will never go back to that salon. That was the poorest customer service I have ever received.

Sun was perfect and flexible to what I requested. I had a last minute emergency and she provided me with utmost professionalism and advice after my haircut. I will definitely bring my entire family over as a new regular now.

I usually never let anyone touch my hair from all of the bad jobs that’s been done to it especially having curly hair but let me just say my experience as a first time customer was nothing less than amazing. All of the girls were nice. But Erma was my hair stylist I got a balayage and styled. She took me on last minute notice. I am so grateful for that. And everything from there was perfect she had nice conversation the whole time, took her time and showed me different colour samples to make sure it was what I wanted she definitely takes pride in her work as she should and very professional and knowledgeable about hair. Took a chance and did a walk in....best haircut I've ever had! Shannon cut my layers like no one has ever done before. She recognized a bit of cowlick and cut accordingly. Many Thanks to Shannon!
