I usually don't rate but I just had the most unprofessional encounter at the Salon with Delecca (spelling)...I booked online when i arrived she was sitting in her phone asked did i need something... At that point I said I'm here for an appointment she asked with who I said you i believe you she then said can't be me...i asked is there a problem.. Long story short she told me the price online wasn't right because they didn't know what goes on in the salon once doing i asked is there a problem she kept saying nio but never initiated the appointment...I said no problem and left... Will never go back

The service was great however the stylists was late and the appointment lasted more than an 1hr.

They have some very talented stylists here the Manager Tiffany is awesome!!

i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure. all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i defi

Needed a place to take me in ASAP. Needed a hair cut soon after having my baby girl my hair just didn’t look the same so definitely needed the hair cut a few months after and let me say they did a great job. I love a place you can be yourself and people talk to you. Update 1/2/20 Came here because the last place I tried they didn’t do what I asked for. This place is always welcoming friendly and I love my hairstyle I wanted. I’m not changing where I’m going.
