UPDATE: WENT BK TO FRANIQUA AND SHE DID AMAZING AGAIN!! Will continue going to JCPenney Fayetteville. Great salon, management, miss dee, and big props to Franiqua who did such a beautiful job that I now consider my ONLY hairstylist! I highly recommend Franiqua for all your hair needs. Professional, friendly and my hair result speaks for itself! Fabulous!!

Giving 4 stars only because they were having trouble with the hot water today. My stylist however, did a great job. She listens and was very attentive. She offered the 20% discount since it was my first time in this salon. I will definitely go back to her.

Bad experience today. WASTE IF MONEY. I Should have read reviews for all JC Penny Salons before I went. First I found a 20% off coupon for any salon service $30 or more for first time visit. I asked Aleda if I could use the coupon for the services and she said she didn’t know. I asked her several times and she said she didn’t know because she could only check after I completed services and checked out. I was not pleased with the service. I visited the salon to hair my hair colored. Aleda asked if I wanted to have my hair straightened so I had straightening and ends clipped. My hair was not straightened. It was hard and stiff. It appeared that my hair fell out during the service. She seemed to be struggling blow drying my hair. Aleda went to get the broom and swept up hair aft

My stylist Kassette is a great stylist. She knows exactly what I like when I come in. She’s always very friendly and professional.

Katrina Samuel is a great stylist. She cares about her customers hair care. I'm happy I've decided to go to JCPENNEY salon.
