What have you done to my daughters hair this evening. I have to find someone ASAP to even try and fix this. Money wasted. Do not go there. My daughter will have to be like this for months because it’s so short not only short but so so ugly. As a hair stylist how can you allow do do this to your client. Can not believe what this lady did to my daughter. My daughter showed her the 1st picture as what she wanted. She chopped her whole hair as a boy hair cut. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT SHE WANTED. Please take a look and tell me the 1st picture she showed the stylist looks anything like what she has done to her. I couldn’t believe it when I saw. She meets my hair care and style needs and always goes above and beyond. She’s always on-time and listens to my concerns and requests. She actually cares about us and our hair. So happy to have found her.

I was very happy with the customer service at the salon. They were very nice at the reception desk. My stylist Alexis was professional the entire time, and gave me a very nice haircut. She listened to my concerns about my dry hair and addressed them. I left the salon with my hair looking great!

Two bad experiences both times thinking that the first was unusual. I called to see if there was somebody who worked with curly hair and was told we have a new person here named Kim I asked what the cost was for a full service meaning shampoo cut and blow dry which I specified. I was told by the manager Lisa, that I have a new stylist named Kim. I asked what the price for the services I wanted and was told $50. Kim did a wonderful job on my hair however when I went to pay I was charged $65. I tip exorbitantly and tipped her nearly 50% of the overall cost I didn't say anything about the $15 differential that was initially quoted. However, when I got home it really bothered me that I didn't speak up at that time. I called and had to haggle with Lisa who was not so nice about it then offered

Came here bc my normal spots were booked up. Great cut for a great price. Highly recommended.
