Olivia did my daughter's first hair cut, she's almost 2 but she is not neurotypical and she can be a bit wild so I wanted to make sure she went to someone who could be patient with her and Olivia did a wonderful job! She worked with her and gave her a comb to help distract her. Her hair is laying so much better now and we will definitely go back to her in the future because I know she will treat my daughter with kindness and patience. Definitely recommend Olivia - especially if you have little ones who may need some extra kindness!

Hannah did a great job on my hair! She has a gift! The salon was nice and relaxing and she gave me her full attention. She knew all the style tips and products to get me all dolled up. Thank you!

Do NOT go here. If you do, ask for a senior stylist or someone with good reviews. The girl cut my hair soaking wet and parted in the middle which is not my normal part. She also did NOT ask me if she could “trim” my hair. The highlight job was horrendous and not what I asked for. My hair is FRIED!!!!!!!! I paid $187 for fried hair that looks almost the same with what I came in with. I was originally told by the lady on the phone it would be $95. I asked her to put heavy highlights in the top or just bleach my roots & tone the rest of my hair. At the end when she was drying my hair, her boyfriend came into the salon and she told me that she wasn’t going to style my hair because she didn’t want to damage my hair after it being bleached.

Booked with Melba bc based off her profile picture online. it seemed like she’d be able to do the hair cut I wanted bc it was similar. But when I arrived I could tell that the profile picture I saw was taken at least 20 years ago. (Nothing wrong with age but that did raise my eyebrow since her haircut was the only reason I booked with her specifically) When I first sat down I told her not once but twice before we started any cutting I did NOT want full across bangs, maybe a long curtain at most for a shaggy face framing but nothing across my forehead when I showed her my inspiration pictures. She said that’s okay no worries she’s got it. So I figured she’d be able to do it. However she then proceeded to give me FULL ACROSS bangs and layer my hair where I said I did NOT want it layered. Melba Ellis is excellent. She took care of my hair that i wanted to donate. She was gentle as she seemed to take note of our conversation, she payed attention to what I wanted and delivered excellent service. I also noticed that the the salon was being cleaned with extreme care. The hair rollers got cleaned one by one. Everything was super nice and smelled clean. Definitely the employees take care of the Salon and their equipment. No fear to catch anything there. I 100% am satisfied and will recommend this location and Melba Ellis. Thank you for making my experience wonderful!
