JCPenney Salon

This will be the first and last time coming here . I booked for 8:00 pm , I got there at 7:50pm , about 3 stylists walked around and didn’t help me until 8:10pm . I asked for a 1 with a medium fade , the lady that helped me was sweet , but it just wasn’t what I wanted , I had even provided guidance . Service is just abysmal in the US , I tipped 10$ cash for a total of $35. They wont have me again.

Elvira did a beautiful job on my hair! She administered my first time ever highlights and touch up on my hair color. I received wonderful compliments! I TRULY enjoyed her side manners plus her exciting personality! A+++

I’ve always would travel to Mexico to get hair cut. But since there’s been long pointless lines to and back I decided to give JCPenny a chance. Well I must say I was NOT disappointed. I booked an appointment with a hairstylist named Bri short for Brianna, and let me tell you I went for a new look and she sure gave me that new look. Over all paid about 50 bucks, and tipped her 15. Which sounded reasonable for me. I give it a 5 star to JCPenny and the hairstylist.

I have been coming to JCP Salon for at least 5 years now. They always exceed my expectations and provide amazing service! Anytime I get my hair done I always receive compliments! Forever coming back:)

I always go to this place and most of the times I am pleased. This time it was very disappointing that I left my teen there to get a haircut and wax and apparently prices went up. Always pay $22 for haircut and wax $12. It is ridiculous that I paid $27 for a 5 minute haircut of like 3 in. and waxing of $14. Extremely disappointed. Next time IF I decide to go again, I will ask first if that is not the price gouging time.
