JCPenney Salon

I went to this salon for a layered haircut with curtain bangs. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The stylist did not know how to properly blow-dry my hair and did not use any serum, despite me clearly explaining that my hair is curly and that using a blow dryer without product causes excessive frizz. Instead, she used mousse to dry my hair and later applied a spray she described as hair oil. The final result was unacceptable: my hair had no visible layers, lacked shape and life, and looked poorly styled. I was so dissatisfied that I had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected. This was not the service I expected, and I am very disappointed with the outcome.

I made a very last minute appointment for extensions for my girl who has super fine and frizzy hair. We didn't have much hope going in but DAWN was absolutely amazing. She did a fabulous job!! They came out great and the difference was such a confidence booster to my girl!! Dawn worked fast as we were under a time constriant (Sorry!!) And everything went smoothly despite us somewhat rushing her. Dawn is not only good at what she does, but is friendly and funny. She took it all in stride. The other workers were also friendly and nice. 1000 out of 10! Thanks Dawn!

Brandi has been doing my hair for several years at the Dover JCPenny Salon. I can honestly say I'm very happy with the service I receive! Each time I arrive, I'm greeted and treated well. Brandi and her colleagues are professional, quick and thorough. The salon is clean and spacious. Brandi knows how to do many styles with various hair types. It makes you feel good to come into a salon to relax and feel pampered. Plus, customers don't wait long periods of time to be seen at this salon. I want to recognize Bonnie. I enjoy speaking with Bonnie, who is another stylist who does a great job. I highly recommend the Dover JC Penny salon. Well Done team!

Brandy is an amazing stylist. She is very knowledgeable about both hair color and highlights, and has been doing my hair for years. Brandy is skilled with all hair lengths; however, works her skilled magic on long hair. She has an infectious positive personality, and is flexible with scheduling.
