JCPenney Salon

I decided I wanted to get my hair professionally colored. I made an appointment for 1 pm. I arrived at my appointment at 12:40 and there was no one at the desk or in the Salon. My appointment was at 1pm and still no one anywhere to be found in the salon. At 1:15 a store employee walking by asked if I had been helped. I said “no” and I had been there for 35 minutes and haven’t seen anyone and my appointment was now 15 minutes overdue. She called on the overhead for someone in the salon. No one came, 10 minutes later she called over the overhead again. Still no one came. She asked who my appointment was with and I told her. She told me that person had called out and was not in on that day. I decided to just leave since there was obviously no one in the salon and no one was respond

Angie was great and gave me a cut and color I asked for. She followed up with the proper after care for my hair.

I went there after totally screwing up my hair by dying it at home…. Blue… and I have blonde hair. I had tried to fix my hair myself also… all together a bad idea. I went in asking for a haircut, thinking the only way to fix my hair was to cut the blue tips (4+ inches) off. 4 hours later I came out with my hair beautiful color and cut. The dye I originally used was stubborn but both Andria and Emily would not give up. They did everything they knew to make sure I looked and felt beautiful when I left. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated them on this day. I no longer had to hide my hair in a bun at work. They have a client for life and I’ll tell everyone I know. Another thing is they changed me the same amount I was originally quoted even for the amount of time it took.

Tamara and Andria were great! I first noticed how friendly the service was when I called in to make an appointment - Andria was so full of joy and kindness and helped right away booking 2 hair appts. Coming in, both ladies were professional and kind and I enjoyed the service. I’d go again! It’s also one of the most affordable places to get a cut, wash and dry and I appreciate that (stark contrast to great clips who, were not too friendly when called and charge for each of these as an individual, making it up to 80 bucks … JC Penney is almost half this price)

I called on Saturday & they got me in right away. Hidden 💎 gem! Courtney did such an amazing job with shampoo and conditioner, & at cutting my hair , & making me feel good again. She really took her time! It’s been a long time since I’ve been pampered with such great service that I will be telling my family & friends. It’s so hard to find a great salon!! All the staff is so nice! So professional, and so clean. Thank you Courtney! ❤️
