JCPenney Salon

Rudest employees ever!! ADA Discrimination We were walking around JCP when my friend needed to use the bathroom. So she went into the Salon that advertises a bathroom all to be yelled at & berated by the 2 Asian ladies working. They yelled at her to leave & how dare she walk into "Their Salon" with a dirty dog. Her "dirty dog" is a service animal & is in no way "dirty" We went to the first floor & requested to speak to a manager but they were apparently unavailable.

I went to this place to get my hair colored in November. I asked for the price for hair coloring they told me a price and I went there next day and there was a Pakistani lady, I don’t know her name saying different price for the same service. I happen to have a coupon for that place and when I mentioned about the coupon she again raised the price for the same service. And the service that lady provided was very poor they didn’t do it the right way so I asked her to fix it but that Pakistani lady who gave me the service was very rude and was arguing. I did got my hair coloring fixed but customer service was very poor. Not satisfied with overall service so do not recommend this place.
