I made an appointment for highlights and toner with what I thought would be a trim & style. I was told by Aurora that it didn't include the trim & style and she had no time for trim & style. She did blow dry my hair. I am very unsatisfied with this hair appointment. I have been visiting the J C Penny hair salon for years. I had to go to a Fantastic Sam's to have the trim & style.

Kayla did a very good job blending the colors in my hair, my husband and I love it! I recommend bringing a picture or two to show it to her and she`ll replicate the hairstyle you want. Now my hair looks natural with beautiful highlights.

Leslie gave me a great Perm! I enjoyed getting my hair done at Penny's! The staff is very nice and pleasant, and they really did an awesome job. I got a great cut and a beautiful perm. I highly recommend J.C. Penney's Hair Salon!

I called to set up a hair appointment on 8/28/2020. They ask what service did I need. I said a wrap set. The scheduler (Emily) ask me, “what is that? Is it with rollers. I said you mean to tell me you don’t know what that is. That’s on your style list. Emily said there is only one person who can do that style and she’s not here. Can I call you back. Emily calls me back in 15 minutes only to tell me that the stylist won’t be in until Monday. Now mind you it’s Friday. I proceed to tell Emily I get off at 5:00 p.m Emily the scheduler tells me I don’t know what to tell you. I very politely told her. The person who did my teenage daughter's hair didn't do what she was suppose to. It was suppose to go to a med brown and it is a really dark brown. One side is longer than the other side. And they over charged her by $20 (she had a coupon and they didn't abide by it). Can't believe they would take advantage of a teenage girl...
