I brought my daughter in for a trim. She was only cutting off 2 inches but it seems like 2 inches to me and my daughter seems like 4 inches to them. She asked for long layers, but instead she got half her haircut 4 inches. Inches off and half her haircut 3 inches off. These are not layers. The cut was uneven even the parts that were cut the same. Definitely do not recommend. Please go take your daughter to another salon I am literally only rating this 2 stars because they did cut her hair but certainly not well.

My daughter and I had our hair done today at this salon. I’ll leave out the hair dresser’s name that did my hair for her sake. I’m Hispanic and have curly hair and had booked for a blow dry with flat iron. I made sure to book each service separately so the stylist would have ample time. The hair dresser I booked with clearly did not know how to deal with my hair but refrained from being honest about it and gave me the worst blow dry of my life as clearly no effort was put in. She tried using 4 different flat irons and then told me something was wrong with my hair because the iron wasn’t working to curl it… I was mortified and I didn’t say anything to her because I didn’t want to return the hurt and embarrassment she caused me. Heather was my stylist. She did an excellent job! She is very skilled and knows how to cut and style hair. She has a soft voice, very calm and explains everything. You know every step of the way what you are getting. She is NOT rushed and I am very satisfied with my haircut! You will not be disappointed if you choose her.

Love this salon and love Marina... She's a great stylist! The people at the front are very friendly and welcoming! Also, any services or products you receive/purchase go towards your JCPenney rewards.
