Walked in and walked out after asking the price range for a 2-step process for the THIRD time. They couldn’t figure out who was trained to do the service, had one that could do it. Stylist was is in a hurry, so now I’m sitting in the chair, but had to ask again before she started. (She had 1/4 cup of bleach mixed already, which costs them less than 5 bucks.) My stylist had been there each time I asked for the cost, but likely just forgot since she seemed busy. She seemed confused and anxious when I told about my choice to not get it done, but they were obviously very irritated with me. I shouldn’t have to beg to know the cost before a service. I have known Erica for a few years now and have went to her for my hair needs several times. She never disappoints. I recently went to see her for a choppy layered cut and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't exactly trust any other stylist to do it, besides her. She always gets it done the way I want it done. She is thorough and makes sure you enjoy your time in her chair. Usually see dawn, but saw Kayla for my curly hair. Did exactly as I asked. Easy to make an appointment and get seen. Still cheaper than many places. I wear my hair naturally curly and needed some fixes from my last cut somewhere else. She did a great job with the reference photo and description. It dried great. Im very happy.
