JCPenney Salon

Got moved again. I used love getting my hair done I drive an hr for my appt. But today seemed to be busy and I was not not a loyal enough customer. I got moved twice today. So no more for me. Looking elsewhere to get my hair done Any idea where I can go and keep my time

Deb is absolutely wonderful. She gave me a new hairstyle today and it turned out immaculate. She is so nice and a master of her craft. Definitely will be back.

Do not go here. My wife was in the store, Not the salon. Looking at things for Chrismas gifts. Was approached by someone asking if she wanted a complimentary hair treatment. Dunno about the rest of you but complimentary to me is free. No cost. When it was done, she was charged $300 . Never once was she told anything about cost. Didn't ask because was told it was complimentary. We'll, after that, no more Christmas gifts for our 2 young boys. When she called and talked to someone after the fact, she was told that it is how they were told to get people in. Offer them a service and then when it's done, tell them they are getting a discount for being a picture model or something like that. We WILL be getting ahold of the BBB and state board of cosmetology. Oh, and to top it all off,

I got the most adorable cut today by Emily. Took of several inches of ugly hair. She really did a great job, I'm glad I listened to her suggestions 😁 Emily is awesome, very skilled and professional. Also very friendly and easy to talk to. So glad 😊 decided to try JC Penney salon. I will definitely be back😊
