Got a haircut with hairstylist Gabriela and loved it! She did an amazing job and I loved the outcome, would definitely recommend and look forward to going to her again for my next haircut!

Dannie is the BEST!!! Been going to her for the last few years and she always goes above and beyond. She is the only one who I trust to do vivid haircolor on my hair. I always tell her to be creative or surprise me and she always surpasses my expectations. She is truly a gem there and I will always trust her with my hair. She even does both of my daughter's hair as well. They love her too. She's amazing!

I’ve been a client for almost 5 years now. I’ve had my services done by the most sweetest and professional stylists. Laura and Emily and the rest of the girls are a joy to be around for those days that require hours in a chair. With that being said, the new manager is not. Last Friday, I witnessed her yelling at one her staff members . It made the entire salon go quiet and tense. She did it multiple times. I should not hear or witness staff being treated so poorly. JCPenny, do better at selecting a better manager. Not acceptable. I truly left feeling embarrassed for the young lady who was clearly embarrassed and upset. The staff deserves a better leader. The clients deserve a better experience.

I was going to get my son's hair cut today when I walked in and over heard the Manager (I think her name is Tiara or something). Yelling at one of her stylists. 1st of all, no one should treat their employees like that period, and secondly it should not be done it public. The fact that she could act like that in front of people means she should not be in a manager position. Please reconsider her position or provide her proper training on how to be a compassionate LEADER and not a tyrannical dictator. Hopefully they stylist is doing better.

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The staff themselves were amazing. Very polite and hardworking, but the manager’s behavior completely ruined the visit. I witnessed her being rude and disrespectful to the staff, and her attitude was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. It’s upsetting to see great employees treated that way. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behavior.
