Tamara is my GAL!! For ten years she has listened to me & my ideas & given me wonderful, experienced advice. Very skilled & professional. We’ve had a lot of fun over the years too, like when she did a 60s updo for a James Bond-themed party my husband & I attended. Won best dressed award! The salon is comfortable & convenient & friendly. Go see my friend Tamara. She’ll treat you right!

My wife and kids like this place. They're really nice and very accommodating. We've messed up our appointments twice, but each time, they're always willing to help us put. My kid is very shy but loves talking to the ladies here. The prices arenreally good too. Often my wife has gone to a high end salon and spent over 200 hundred dollars. But there the prices are good and my wife likes her cuts more than at the other places. They also get you in and out. I'm bald so I've never gotten anything here myself but it seems nice.

I love going to Jcp Salon at Cottonwood. Lucy does my son’s hair and she does a great job. She’s always so happy and attentive, my son just loves her. Recently started doing my hair with Eloise and I am loving the results. Over all very satisfied with our services.

I didn't have an appointment but the sweetest thing happened. I had taken my mother, who is 90 and uses a walker, to the mall. She was having trouble walking. I decided to sit her down and go look for a wheelchair. A lovely woman named Doris Pereira, came to my rescue. She was a stylist at the salon. She happened to overhear me speaking to my mother. She offered to go and get a wheelchair from the salon for my mother to use. She was so kind and absolutely lovely. She made my mother's day so much better. We had the best day thanks to the kindness Doris showed us. Wonderful good people do exist and Doris is one of them! Thank you so much! ♥️

Got a haircut here today 9/22/2023 around 2pm. My hair was cut super uneven. I requested for face frame, 5 Inch cut and layers. Hair is very uneven. No layers. Uneven face frame. Ugly. I live 2hrs from Albuquerque. Thank you to the Puerto Rican lady named Doris who messed up my hair. She has light brown hair with 2 blonde streaks in front. A lady named Liz issued me a refund.
