JCPenney Salon

Did a very horrible cut to my little boy. I asked faded with sample pictures. I feel bad for my kid, his birthday is coming up. I just don’t say anything because I don’t want to offend the woman. Will not come back again

I came in looking for cut and color. Last time I went to a salon (not this place) they messed up my hair so much, I decided to not see anyone again. However, my hair was damaged so much from bleaching and breakage, that I came in looking, well, Rachet. I never wore my hair down because of how bad my hair was. Anyway, I was scared to go short. I was scared of change. Shaqueen was my stylist. Not only was she very friendly, she was fantastic to have as my hair stylist. The amount of compliments I’ve been receiving from friends and family is amazing. She did a wonderful job. My hair looks and feels AMAZING!!! I very highly recommend her as well as anyone there as they were all friendly and clearly know what they’re doing 😍😍

Angel did a phenomenal job on my hair. I don’t really ever leave reviews but her haircut and personality made me feel like I went to a spa for a steal of a price. I felt like the belle of the ball when I went to work after and got so many compliments on her work!! Thank you Angel!

I went go get my haircut Sunday 6/9. The hours were til 6 pm. I went at 3:30 and they were closed, saw a girl go out the back. and I was going to buy Tea Tree Oil Shampoo, and nobody was around so I could buy it. I walk with a walker so I wasn't happy, and was not going to walk around the store to find a register. Poor service!!!

I got my haircut there today on a whim. My stylist was Nekisha and she was awesome! Her attention to detail was tremendous and she took such time & care to make sure I was completely satisfied. She even curled my hair for me because I had mentioned that I have never been able to get my hair to hold a curl. I had a bad hair cut experience in the past with a stylist who didn't listen to what I wanted and Nekisha put me at ease from the beginning. I would definitely go back to her and I'm so happy I found a stylist I trust!
