J&C Nails

I got acrylic fill in and gel polish on top. My nail tech was Claudia and these are pictures taken within the hour of leaving the place. The polish looks clumped on my nails, she didn’t even finish the tips correctly and the polish started to lift already. Was highly disappointed with the service so I did reach out to the place to voice my concern. They welcomed me back to fix my nails and made sure I was happy with my nails. Natalie was able to fix my nails and bring it back to life with a pastel purple finish. I am happy they were able to hear me out and fix my nails.

Almost 5 stars. I came for dip powder and gel toes but Veronica didn’t do the best with cleaning the residue from the powder on my fingers and she cut my pinkie. I am a Christian and we are very forgiving and understanding because mistakes happen and we are human so it’s totally okay!! Other than that she did wonderful with the pedi I would come back again because everything else went well. 80$ in total.

You should listen to both the good and bad reviews. Although my nails did not come out horrible, it’s not as good as I expected with so many good reviews and high price. I am happy with how the colors came out, but not with how they shaped my nails. The nail tech said “my nails didn’t come out as well as she hoped”, but due to them closing the store while I was there, I felt pressure to pay and leave. They even did final touches to my nails standing as they had cleared and cleaned the station. I understand they close at 7pm (I was out and driving by 6:45pm and arrived early to my appointment), but they should not schedule people close to closing time if they are not going to provide good service.

Hello ..! I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't go without talking about my experience. It's my second visit and I'm impressed by how well this place works. Veronica is a young woman with tremendous talent, patient and understands when you need help choosing colors or designs. :-) wising you all lote success…!!!

Moved to a neighborhood and came across this nail salon. I wish I never went there for pedicure. Veronica (who seems to have decent reviews) cut me 3 times. One toe was bleeding. Then today I woke up in pain and one of the toes is infected. Now I have to deal with the pain and worry about infection. In all the years I have never had such an incompetent technician
