I wanted to get my nails done for the holidays. Then I went there. The lady was so rude when I said rude I mean rude. I changed my mind and tell her I want fake nails then she started to complain about that. There were speaking mandarin. I didn’t want short then she made my nails short. I would never ever recommend it. It was my first and last time going there. Worse nail salon ever. Paying $70 for something like that wasted my money

I'm not one to leave a review but the customer service this place provided was horrendous. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. They do not know how to properly do nails. They refused to fix their mistake until I threatened to do my nails somewhere else. I've never, in all the years of getting my nails done, ever had such an upsetting experience. They asked me to pay in advance, which I had no issue with, but when I changed my mind for the manicure they refused to return the remaining half. I'm really disappointed because it was supposed to be a good day. I should have checked the ratings. 2.6 stars would have been the warning I needed to avoid this location.

A guy did my nails and he completely rushed through them. My friend sat down before me to get her full set and I was done WAY before her. My natural nails were already long and he didn’t cut them before placing the acrylics on. One of my nails is crooked. He didn’t paint some of them all the way. Like there are corners unpainted. They’re very thick. They’re lumpy. My friend told her lady that she wanted her nails shorter and she said “They’re fine now go wash your hands”. Don’t get your nails done here. They’re TERRIBLE. I wish I would’ve had them take it all off. Now I understand why no one was in there in the middle of the day

Horribly unprofessional. I made appt. for pedicure and gel fill. I'm amazed that this place is across from CR High School! How does she stay in business? Rude attitude, sign on door & website has hours posted as 9am - 8PM Mon - Sat. 3PM on Saturday it's empty. Owner wouldn't complete my service because it was close to 7P & she was closing. Like what?! No business or customer service sense at all.
