Don’t waste your time. The owner is beyond rude. I ask simply if they had a particular hair brand True Indian Remy and ask about price and length. She has these large and tall shelves covering the all the selections of hair bundles behind the countertop so you can’t even lay your eyes or see what selections they have. When I ask can see what colors do you offers she was dismissive and rude. Then has to the nerve to ask me well which one, I was anticipating on spending money but after being declining to see what the hair looks like, whats length and whats the price why would I proceed forward. I politely left and went somewhere else.

I've been to this location several times and each time I've visited I've been followed and/or stalked while looking for products. Some of us do have good paying jobs, integrity, and we have no reason to take anything that we didn't pay for. Never will I shop here again.

I’ve been hear a hand full of times. Today I came to look for a wig for an event that I was attending this evening. I walked into the establishment and two women are talking but not acknowledging current customers within the store. The wigs are positioned at the back of the store and after about five minutes I asked for assistance as the two women were still conversing. I wanted to look at some of the wigs that were behind a caution sign. She asked which one I wanted and told her I can’t see all of the available options because there is also a shelf blocking the view of the bottom shelves. I explained this to her which seem to be an inconvenience for her to accommodate her customers needs as she wanted to get back to the conversation with her co-worker. I arrived at 747pm, they close at 8pm. I don’t mind that they closed early but as someone who’s been regular kind customer, really don’t appreciate this lady’s attitude when I walked to the door, expecting it to open and she looked, rolled her eyes and walked away and I’m like, a simple “we’re closed” would have been sufficient. Remember the community you serve, weirdo.

Susan and the team at this beauty supply store are always so helpful and remember me from each time I come the visit before. They are a really good store to visit for all of your hair needs. In the future, I hope they expand the different supplies they offer
