JC Haircuts - Sterling

Great value for the price. You get a very nice haircut for a very cheap price. This haircut place is usually crowded but you are usually done within 90 minutes. This includes the wait time. I have been to many haircut places but this one has become my favorite because of the nicely done haircut and the price. The best part comes at the end when you get a quick head massage without any extra charges. I highly recommend this place for a haircut.

The barber in chair #3 on the right is the best barber I've ever had in my 62yrs. I've been in the military and she is the best. I travel to Sterling from Fredericksburg or Chantilly just to see her. A little wait but well worth the drive. I rate her 10.

I hate this place. Just Waste of time. Staff do favoritism. They take their friends first instead of giving any respect to waiting line. Staff is busy on phone all the time instead of doing their job. Just for simple regular haircut, they take at least 1 hour, keep playing. Coming to this place is a waste of half day (3-4 hours). Still not sure if you ll get haircut as you expect.

You have to wait forever to get your haircut even if there's few to no people on queue. Happens because the stylists spend more time wandering around and chatting than doing their job. Cuts are decent but not worth a more than one hour wait. I'd only recommend this place to people who don't mind wasting their time.

Today I visited this hair salon to get a hair cut for my kid. The employees are very rude they don't even greet the customers or communicate the wait time we felt neglected. There were two customers waiting ahead of us when we arrived I thought that after these two persons my kid was next but I was wrong they picked two new customers after one hour and a half waiting then I asked one of the employees that if we need to make an appointment to get the service and he said I just going to get the the third new customer and then you guys are next. I was really disappointed. I just wasted my time there and I was reading another reviews and they have that reputation probably they don't care about it. They need to be honest and respectful towards the customer precious time. I hope people read the
