I liked this small seemed to be owned family business. It was convenient and not too far from my home.I have been going here on and off i would say almost a year now, recently i had a bad interaction that has now made me withdraw my business from them.While i do not take it personal because i don’t know what has happened to them in the past but nonetheless it happened. As i walked into their facility i noticed my shirt that i had ticked was untucked so upon being in the entrance i decided to tick it ( in front of them, i did not try to conceal what i was doing). After i finished shopping i went to the front to pay. One of the employees came and stood behind me for a moment (while i was in line) and it made me uncomfortable and gave me the sense they thought i was stealing. Afterwards i was

This place is amazing. Great customer service, great award stamps kick back, professional and knowledgeable when needed assistance. Haven’t had a time they didn’t have what I needed.

This store is nice, clean and well organized. Not alot of space, a bit on the small size but nice. Was not greeted when I came in, so I'm unaware of how good the customer service was since they didn't have what I came for, so I left. Downside they do not sell lace front wigs and that was unexpected. Not a big selection of hair to choose from, I've seen way more things in other beauty suppy stores.

Came here with the intent of coming back! Bought the wrong hair I can’t use a they did not tell me that there is NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE. The hair is brand new still in package just bought it an hour ago! An they will not accept it! Do not come here!!
