THE RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE !! Went to exchange hair clips that I accidentally bought thinking they were for my wig till I got home and seen they are for bundles . So I went to exchange The unopened productand basically was denied because the stupid return policy denies basically everything in the store , And I was buying more things so a simple return of exchange would’ve sufficed on top of the extra money I was spending that that’s how you treat your customers now they have made it such a hassle and a distaste in my mouth. I came home to write a review.!! Then the lady says well some hair can be returned … well how when the receipt says no returns on wigs or ponytails … that’s basically all hair in the store !!! The policy is contradicting to say the least because it says you can’t retur

This is my neighborhood beauty supply but I would not recommend shopping here as they basically have a no return policy. No refund and no exchanges even with the receipt if it is liquid, jewelry, chemicals, wigs, ponytails, electronics, accessories, sale items, clothes, makeup, and personal care or grooming tools. God forbid you grab the wrong color! I did not see this policy advertised anywhere before purchasing. Very disappointing.

The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are a bit high and a lot of items are not priced, which I personally don't like. Very large selection, should be able to find pretty much anything you're looking for. I recommend and will continue to patronize while in the area.

The product I purchased was more at this store the store where I normally go. But other than that I would support if I am in that area and need something.
