Huge store. Full line of beauty items, wigs, hair and fashion. Large selection. We'll stocked. My only big complaint is that you are not allowed to try on any wigs nor can it be refunded. Very unfair to customer. I will not be back. And I will inform my friends of this awful policy.

This is definitely a huge store. I like their clothes selection (a bit pricey) then some other places. They had the brand of braiding hair I use and I was excited about that.

I recently visited JC Beauty and Fashion for the first time and was pleased with the hair store's extensive selection and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the cashier's poor customer service skills marred my experience. I was neither greeted nor thanked for my business, which is a fundamental expectation in a customer-centric environment. I recommend hiring a more enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to maintain a positive reputation.

Very nice, neat and organized store with great inventory. I found everything that I was looking for. Lots of pros...The only con is that they don't accept returns, which makes it difficult to buy enough of products and not have unused excess that your stuck with. Hopefully they will change this practice to help their customers.

Was it of town and needed to get some stuff. The young lady at the register was very helpful and knowledgeable. The quantity and quality of products offered here are great! I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived here
