Made online booking, some places you'd get charged for late cancelation or no show. But I got a late cancelation, where's my reimbursement for the work I missed to make this appointment? Should of at least been offered a different stylist at the same time imo, especially since I am a new customer

The day of my wedding, Rob took the time necessary to make sure I look my best. When I arrived Rob joked with me that it was bold to go to a new barber I've never been to on the day of my wedding. I had nothing to be concerned about because he gave me an awesome haircut and beard trim. I could definitely tell he took extra time with me even without my asking and by the end of it, I knew I made a good choice of places to go. Thank you Rob and I'd recommend you all to everyone!
