Really frustrating experience. I am newly bald and looking to start wearing wigs. I've been to many hair supply stores in my life though, as I was an avid hair extension user myself and I do my nieces hair monthly. (I've been to this location a few times before for a quick supply run for her) I have always had a difficult time wearing wigs because of my odd hairline and small forehead, but now that I am completely bald I wanted to try some wigs on in person to specifically test different hairline and lace styles to see how my hairline shown through. I drove out of my way to get to this store today because it had the best reviews in the area. Parking when I got there took 15 minutes to find a spot 4 blocks away. All that to say that when I finally got in there I was ready and very excited

Ugly on the in & out. They only sell cheap products. I went in looking for some hair products for my fiancé & the 2 Lady’s lack in business professionalism.

They're just the sweetest ever, and very very eager to assist. They don't hover over you like you're going to steal they just sincerely like yo help is the vibe I've always gotten. The boss is sweet, the two female cashiers awesome & the guy on the floor. & they have a great variety I live in new haven I drive to Bridgeport for them.
