I went here for the first time for a gel manicure, would not go back. Another reviewer said they are rude and impatient - I agree. She literally stood right next to me looking at me as I picked my color…there’s roughly a hundred colors to look at, I’m going to need a minute. So of course I rushed and ended up not being crazy about the color. My cuticles were in extremely rough shape and I had several (partially) ingrown fingernails that were causing me pain. I explained my situation and asked if she thought gel or dip would be better to kind of protect the nail and allow it to grow normally and she said “idk whatever you want.” Then the entire time she was practically man-handling me instead of using her words to tell me to put my hand in the bowl of water, under the UV lamp, etc. There’s

I’ve gone into the salon about three times, the first time I was very satisfied with my nails. I explained I was looking for a new place to go regularly and my nails looked great and they even helped me add a great design on top. The second time, they didn’t look as good. The length wasn’t what I asked for, the coffin shape was very thin, and the nail decor could have been way better. Especially at the ridiculous prices you have to pay when you get your nails longer and when you get a design and just their standard prices in general. Regardless of whether it’s what you asked for it or not. They claim to be “affordable” and this trip came out to $85 with a tip on top. I went in yesterday to get a fill and I had some broken nails. Very upset with my experience. Prices are not the same as website which is fine. I was charged an additional $10 to remove my gel polish. I wouldn’t have minded paying $10 if all the polish had been removed. My nails were navy before and I went with light pink. Not only does the color not cover up the navy spots left, the pink is the clumpiest I’ve ever had. So disappointed. The reviews for this salon were actually pretty decent, but I won’t be returning.

I was depressed AF today, my nails looks ugly and I’m sick of looking at my stubby fingers so I called to make an appointment and first of all I was able to be seen same day and second I was able to be seen within a few hours booking the appointment. I saw Ellie for a dip manicure and she was quick and thorough. She knows how to do the damn thing and I’m cured of depression.

Don't go there if you are inexperienced on how and what to choose; they have no patience and are extremely rude! Went in for a simple pedicure and asked what is the difference between regular polish and gel. Most offending is that they talk about you in front of you in their native tongue when you ask for questions.
