From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. Jay went above and beyond to help my daughter, who had extremely tangled hair. She was patient, kind, and treated my daughter with so much respect and care. It truly meant the world to us. After hours of gentle work, Jay saved her hair, and even more importantly, helped restore her confidence. My daughter walked out with a huge smile, and I walked out in tears of gratitude. Jay has been cutting my hair for 4 years. I followed her from the beauty college because she was quick and cut my hair like I liked it. The first thing I was impressed with was that she took notes about how I wanted my hair cut and she stuck to the notes every time. She only varied if I asked her to change something. She is very flexible about getting me an appointment when I need it. Her prices are very reasonable. She is very personable and easy to get along with. I always love my haircut. She is great!!

Jay has a gift for understanding exactly what I want, and she's always enthusiastic about my frequent color changes.
