On 06/21/18 our non-profit hosted a social on this terrace as part of a meet and greet for a 4 day conference during NYC Pride. The staff was amazing and easy to work with from the planning stages to the execution of the event. As a Production Specialist, I have organized and coordinated hundreds of events and non can compare to the smooth process of Jay Suites. Jay Suites is a great place offering all the accommodations you would need to run a functional successful office space. The staff is professional, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, positive, and happy to assist whenever needed. Our transition to the space here was an effortless change thanks to the assistance of everyone from reception to maintenance, and technical support and management. All the amenities you may not be able to provide your staff in an independent office rental are available in the shared office space in addition to private offices, small & large, conference rooms, kitchen/dining area, and at all times they are immaculately clean. Jay Suites provide great space and excellent service at a competitive price. The reception staff are helpful, kind and responsive; the kitchen is lively and creates community; and there are many professional conference rooms to choose from. Oh and by the way the terrace is large and has a view of the Empire State Building - I have impressed many clients there! I've been here just over 6 months and look forward to keeping my office here for the foreseeable future.
