Loved this place and the workers. They did an amazing job helping me and taking care of my needs. They have a huge selection and the prices are reasonable. This is now my go to hair store being as though I am from Delaware and am in transition to Jersey.

This place is causing nothing but confusion and problems. I came here and asked staff that were working in the back, which were two women, that gave me the smallest thing as difficult. I asked about a certain product that was located in a different location other than where they directed me to. This service is poor; the staff is horrible for this. They must not want me to have anything but my hard-earned money better off somewhere else. My last time coming here.

I would like to give a big peace and light shout to Melissa and Teetee, the fabulous customer service sales team. You guys are a phenomenal thank you so much for your patience and for helping me with my hair choices for my daughter. Also, thank you for taking the time to explain each product to me. I love Jay Beauty supply store. They always have updated fashion accessories, wigs,nail,hair and much, much, more. It's a candystore for women and they have supplies for men as well. They never disappoint.

This is a huge beauty supply store. The staff is so helpful and they had everything I was looking for. I spent 45 mins in this store and can’t wait til my next trip
