5 stars all around! This was my first real Thai massage experience, and Jax Thai was a resounding success. Tammy is amazing—she knows exactly where the tension is hiding and releases it with deep stretches and assisted yoga movements on the mat. I left feeling completely open, freer than I have been in years, and so much more relaxed. The studio is clean, quiet, and super professional (by appointment only, which makes it more personal). If you're looking for an authentic Thai yoga massage in Jax Beach and not just a basic massage, this is the place. I highly recommend booking with Tammy; you won't regret it! I will definitely be back.

I have gotten massages plenty in the past but very cookie cutter. Tammy really took the time to understand my problem areas and talked me through the whole process, asking how I was doing, if I was comfortable. I have chronic pain and she targeted those areas with perfect pressure and stretching. It was a great first visit and I will definitely be back
