Jasper Wellness & Recovery is such a luxury to have in our small town. The facility, the top-tier equipment and the knowledgeable staff is unmatched. You’d have to go to a major metropolitan area to find this level and variation of services. If you’re an athlete that wants to recover quicker, a middle-aged person that wants to increase your overall wellness with medications or a couch potato that just wants to hang out with some cool people and sit in the sauna…. This is the place for you!

Jasper Wellness and Recovery is a must-try! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through each modality with ease. I especially loved the cold plunge experience. It was invigorating and left me feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend this place!
