Jasmine Massage Spa

He had a LOT of bodywork as an athlete. I didn’t have the highest expectations based on some of the reviews but wanted a deep tissue asap after getting off an airplane twisted in a knot. I was pleasantly surprised to have found my experience consistent with the other 5 star ratings. Julie is tiny but might I tell ya… there were elements of many different massage practices utilized and I left feeling like a bobble-head body. She did ART, Thai, Ashiatsu, effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction and hot towel work. Incredible! I will be visiting again later this week and referring everyone local. What a pleasant and much needed surprise.

The bad comments are very accurate. Paid up front for a hour massage, stopped it half way because it was just awful. No technique, no concept of a real massage. Will never return, and I get massages once a week, stopped by here because I had breakfast next door (which was great). Will not return to this place.

Very disappointing massage. 45 mins is not 1 hour. I didn't feel like making an issue of it on the way out when asked to pay, but I'll definitely not be back. Massage was the most mediocre thing I've had. If you want to go to a place where they just kind of rub oil on you lightly, wipe you off with a hot towel, and take your money: this is the place for you. They asked me to wait 15 mins, which only ended up being 5 or so which is fine, but left the room to greet another customer and get them situated in another room mid-way through my massage. I assume that's why my time was cut short.

I would put my latest experience as mid. I got a deep tissue massage, mostly back walking. Not the most experienced masseuse- she broke the skin on my upper back, and the light touch massage at the very end was a bit off. With other places in the area capable of giving great massages, I’d suggest doing your research first. Again, not all bad but there are other options.

It's no longer apex, it's jasmine massage spa. This got to be worst massage I've ever received. Mystery massage or treasure map massage. Hands are moving in all sorts of weird directions with no plan and no pattern while changing techniques every 3 seconds. Numerous times I pointed towards the knot in my back but shortly after it was back to finding a hidden treasure somewhere on my back. The massage chairs in the mall would have done a better job. TERRIBLE
