When I arrived the heat wasn't working. They had no idea why and didn't try to call anyone to fix it in the over 2 hours that I was there. Customers were trying to explain it and help them, including myself. That isn't completely their fault, so I tried not to judge. That being said, the experience started out bad because it was freezing, the building was 64, one of the coldest days of the year so far, and I had to wear my coat for the whole service. I was never given colors to choose from and when I sat down, was asked what I wanted done. I showed her a picture and she acted like she wasn't sure if it was doable or not, and chose the colors for me. When she soaked my nails, the water was on the cool side. They are great here. Amazing service and I've been loving my nails! They use good products and my nails last very long. Highly recommend

I went here for the first time tonight, and I was so impressed with the level of care and quality. Even though they were busy they still made sure to provide one of the best manicures I’ve ever had, and took so much time on my 7 year old daughter’s pedicure. Not once did they rush through. 10/10 recommend and will be returning
