I have been a loyal customer but I honestly can’t put up with this anymore. Attitude has always been absolutely terrible!! Tells you one price then once your hair is done a whole new price gets brought up and then they try to act like you’re crazy after they’ve just added 4 additional fees to the most simplest service possible. Will not be coming here and I recommend you to not to come here as well if you plan on not getting scammed!!

I recently moved near by and I spent months not seeking a hair dresser because I am very hesitant when it comes to letting someone new take care of my hair. But I can say I’m glad I stepped out and chose this salon. The ladies are professional and so warm and welcoming. Not only did they give me A1 hair service but one of the owners Pam educated me on how to take care of my hair and I have brought their products and the results have been amazing. My hair has grown back healthier and stronger. Since then I have been a repeated customer! 🙌🏾

Upon arrival at 5:45pm I was informed by the owner she was not taking anymore customers she take her last customer at 5:30pm. With that being said I asked please my hair is already washed you can just blow my hair out she stated okay I’ll take you, while she was in the process of blowing my hair out I asked how much it will be stated I’ll let you know when I’m done. So now she done blowing out my hair as well as cut some of my damage hair off then asked again how much she stated $85 . I said excuse me you didn’t even do a full service why are you charging me so much a normal wash&Set is $50 she couldn’t explain with that being said this place is a total rip off so because I came in before she was about to close she felt the need to over charge me and rip me off which is unacceptable I will

I've been going here with my daughter for years, maybe 8 or more. Both Pam & Muriel (sp) are very nice & patient stylists and even though English is not first language as others mentioned, I never feel uncomfortable. You do have to be careful with heat on some days but the styling is always fabulous. My natural hair usually lasts two weeks or more depending on the season. I like that they don't waste time, they get clients in and out... it's not an all day affair like some places.

Someone please tell me when has a rinse every been $100. $55 for a wash and $45 for the rinse, especially if you brought your own rinse. Not one dominican salon charge that much. Very sweet people but prices are ridiculous. I'm not satisfied with the texture my ends are freezy. The girl was new so she is learning. I learned my lesson!
