She has helped my body feel less achy and has improved my flexibility. I love her integrative, hot stone, foot reflexology, and shiatsu massages! She is adaptive to your needs and level of pressure. I’m an active person and enjoy tennis, hiking, yoga, strength training so massage with Jan is a vital part of keeping my body functional and pain free.
