Janna's Cut Above the Rest

My niece got her hair done here and the stylist completely wrecked her hair. Her prom is coming up and she couldn't take the chance to wait for May 10th (prom is the 15th) to have it fixed. A $30 refund was offered with the other $20 to be kept to "pay for products", nearly $300 to fix the damage that was done and to get her hair back to normal. Customer service is key in service related industries and Janna's fell flat.

Great service. Janna is wonderful. She does great work, is easy to work with, and your hair looks good when she's done.

Janna treats you like family, always smiling and is very good at what she does. I would not go anywhere else!
