Janice S Alden Therapeutic Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy

I was a patient for a few years. I had some whiplash in my neck from a riding accident. I had a lot of pain and stiffness and was losing mobility. She did a lot of deep tissue work on my neck and loosened it all up. She taught me a lot about muscles and I feel very fortunate to have found her. I had started with traditional therapy and it wasn't doing any good. They suggested neuromuscular massage, and it really worked for me. But it's not a magic bullet, you have to be patient and work at it layer by layer, but it really does work wonders if you find the right person. Janice has been in business over 30 years with proven results. You won't be wasting your money.
