Terrible experience Janet cut a huge chunk out of my hair I never wanted her to thin my hair she had asked me I said no! I asked her to just clean up around my face then asked her to wash my hair with cold water because had previously dyed it she told me it wouldn't mess with my hair and said no she then washed it with hot water and my color was faded since it was semi permanent color for a short time so could look nice at a party the next day all got was a $20 chop job I was already nervous about my hair getting cut because im specific and I rarely get it cut for this reason she knew that too after the fact me and my friend went out that same day after the cut she was walking behind me she gasped and said omg your hair! She took a photo and sure enough a huge chunk of hair was missing and

My good friend went to get a hair cut and she messed her hair completely up took a who chunck out of her hair

The only experience I've had here is having my granddaughters ears pierced. They tag teamed her, doing both ears at once. 1 minute and it was over!

Always get a good haircut here. Melanie does a fantastic job and Janet is just a great person.
