Jamilah African Hair Braiding

Went into the establishment on March 8, 2026. I don’t know her name; however, from the beginning she was rude and hostile. I told her I was there for a retwist. I asked a couple more questions about whether the gel she was using was for a retwist and if she had any edge control or anything firmer. After that, she started raising her voice. The shop was hot, and if she didn’t want to be there, she shouldn’t have come in. Horrible attitude. 😒

Love them so much. I love coming to her being French myself it helps me get back into my culture. I've been in America too long 😂 Two strand twists 200.00 because my hair was short it was 20.00 extra so 220.00 and this is the result. I'm getting them longer next time 😄

First of all look no further this is where you should be. This was my first visit and boy was it worth every dollar.Great conversation, great workers and my hair came out better than I expected it to! So glad I found them online! I wanted to make sure that I posted my hair afterwards so that everyone could see their work. I got some knotless lower back length, my parts are beautiful. I’m a forever client! (Gray Scrubs pic) Went in yesterday to get the same braids and the lady that did them before was gone back to Africa(Ms.Rose) so I had three new ladies do my hair this time. Took them three hours. I do wish the parts were a little smaller but it’s not too bad. Just be sure to stand firm on your size partings you want and check frequently to make sure

I made an appointment to get my hair braided at 8 am by a specific worker, when I arrived she was doing somebody else hair which is very unprofessional! Also, they will start braiding your HAIR, STOP ! and start doing another person hair. DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!

This was my first time here & I had an amazing experience! Positive and clean atmosphere, a lot of talented braiders with beautiful personalities. Very efficient business, you won’t wait for long. Great communication. Im in love with my hair!
