Jamie is a well-trained and professional therapist. I really enjoyed the range of modalities she has studied and she offers within her practice. She did a great assessment before we began. She was seemingly aware of all of the things happening in my body. The session felt incredibly responsive and intuitive. Whenever she approached my edge, she was slow and helped me to find my center. I really enjoyed the entire session, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a qualified and talented therapist.

Best in the business! Jamie has worked with me for the past few months to reduce tension in my muscles after some intense physical trauma. She works methodically and is upfront about what is needed to heal. Her space is warm and welcoming, much like herself. Jamie is EXCEPTIONAL at her trade. She is skilled in a variety of techniques and modalities and does a thorough intake to make sure she tailors your treatment appropriately. I appreciate how knowledgable she is in anatomy and how she is willing to share her thoughts and suggestions about structural imbalances she finds or suspects. The thing that really sets Jamie apart is her intuition. She can feel exactly where your 'sticky' spots are and will use the perfect amount of pressure and spend the perfect amount of time there- without you ever needing to say a word. She is an authentic healer and works extremely skillfully, from the heart.

Jamie is one of my favorite practitioners to receive body work from. I sometimes joke that her hands are like a hound dog on the trail for muscles in need of attention because she will always find 'em! Jamie's years of dedication to her practice, clients, and learning are so evident in my experience on the table. As a super active person, I absolutely love the combination of Ashiatsu, cupping, lymphatic drainage, hot/cold treatments, and work with her hands that I receive on the table. She is a wonderful listener and will take the puzzle pieces of whatever I need help with and connect them seamlessly in each session. As a massage therapist myself, I have received a lot of bodywork and I can without a doubt say that Jamie is the best of the best!
